Get Results Unlimited training at the Harmon Club for $175/month. Regardless of fitness level, or goals you will have a personalized program everytime we meet. The time is shared with up to 6 people. You can attend any of the designated times, with an appointment and after the initial consult. Contact John for more info and to set up initial consult at 617-827-7542


Results Unlimited Training= personal training shared with up to 6 people, individualized workouts, up to 1 hour sessions. John will run the session with your goals in mind. Together we will create a healthier, fitter you.

Juniors Training= This is an ongoing teen’s sports fitness training program at the Harmon club. It will be sport specific and individually programmed. Parts of the program are designed for individual needs, whether its strength, mobility, stability, balance and definitely core strength. The rest of the program will train in olympic lifts, kettlebells, dumbells and bands, medicine balls, and cardiovascular. The basis of the program will be power, strength and speed.
The program offers 3 possible times each week. The teen can attend 2 of the 3 times offered per week, and 8 times per month. There is a limit to the group of 4 teens per hour of training. Ages 13-18 and the monthly fee is $200.
