Impact Bag Throws
Grab the impact bag or a bag with handles and fill it with towels. Get in a golf stance and hold the bag. Begin swinging the bag using the pendulum effect. Pull your stomach in and hold it in. When ready to throw- resist a big backswing and initiate the motion with hips and core and release the bag. The arms are not throwing the bag they just release it, all the power comes from the core and hips.
